The City of Lynn has created its first-ever comprehensive plan, Vision Lynn. Created in collaboration with the community, this document captures our twenty-year vision for the city, including our shared values and goals, and will guide future development and investments in infrastructure. Vision Lynn was adopted on June 27, 2023, and has since has been bestowed the top Visionary Award by the Congress for New Urbanism New England's 2023 Urbanism Awards and the 2023 Honor Award in the Unbuilt Planning & Design category from Boston Society of Architects.
