Whyte's Laundromat Cleanup Committee Established
On September 24, 2024, we held our first Whyte's Laundromat Committee Meeting. The Whyte's Laundromat Committee is a group of community stakeholders that will meet with the project team periodically throughout the cleanup of this site. This Committee will provide feedback and support decision making throughout our EPA grant period and beyond.
Currently, our Committee Members are:
- Calvin Anderson, community advocate
- Tom Arsenault, Representative Seth Moulton's Office
- Erini Kamarinos, Lynn Public Health Department
- Gordan Hall, community advocate
- Dianne Kuzia Hills, Executive Director of My Brother's Table (and works in adjacent property)
- Wig Zamore, representative of nearby property owners
- Jeff Weeden, LHAND
- Mary Wheeler, Healthy Streets Initiative (and works in adjacent property)
