South Harbor will not transform overnight

The South Habor Implementation Plan (SHIP) outlines a general timeline for overall phasing of key infrastructure projects, outlines paths towards funding these projects, and provides guidance on the roles different stakeholders will play.

The community is a stakeholder, we the residents and commuters are going to be inconvenienced immensely and for how long. My question is what is the plan for not creating major traffic issues during the projects? What is the plan for the GE Bridge. What is the long term view look like for us?
